[At the breakfast table, Julie, Ainsley and Lauren are discussing Lauren’s upcoming school Christmas program.  Last year, Lauren cried when her class walked on stage.  This year, we’re hoping she won’t be so scared and can enjoy singing with her class.]

Lauren: “The reason I cried last year was that it was just too loud.”

Julie: “What if we got you some ear plugs to wear?”

Lauren: “Some what?”

Julie: “Some ear plugs… like what Papa uses when he mows the grass.”

Ainsley: “…or Uncle George wears when Aunt Jenny snores!”
